Boston city J+12/13

Et voilà nous sommes aux US ! C'est le rêve américain qui commence.

Nous démarrons notre traversée des Etats-Unis par une ville qui est chère au cœur de Thomas : Boston. En effet, il a vécu ici pendant un an entre 2010 et 2011 alors qu'il faisait un stage de consulting en télécommunication. Nous avons suivi la célèbre liberty trail qui parcours toute la ville. Ce circuit nous a fait découvrir tous les monuments les plus emblématiques retraçant l'histoire de cette ville et de la naissance des Etats-Unis d'Amérique. Boston a joué un rôle majeur dans la guerre d'indépendance contre la Grande Bretagne.

Nous avons également traversé la mythique université d'Harvard et flâné dans le Boston Common. Enfin, vendredi soir, nous avons passé une excellente soirée avec nos hôtes qui nous ont invité à une soirée dédiée à leur pays : l'Inde ! Nous avons revêtis les habits traditionnels et avons appris les pas de danse, une expérience fabuleuse.

Finally, we are in the US! The American dream begins.

We start crossing the US by a city dear to the heart of Thomas : Boston. Indeed, he lived there for a year between 2010 and 2011 while he was on a internship in telecommunications consulting. We followed the famous liberty trail throughout the city. This tour bring us to all the most emblematic monuments related to the history of this city and the birth of the United States of America. Boston played a major role in the war of independence against the Great Britain.

We also crossed the legendary Harvard University and chill in the Boston Common Park. Finally, on Friday night, we had a great evening with our hosts who invited us to a party dedicated to their country : India! We put traditional clothes and learned few indian dance steps, a fabulous experience.
