San Juan Del Obispo J+79

Suite aux conseils judicieux de nos amis français Caroline et Anthony, nous avons décidé de nous rendre à San Juan Del Obispo après avoir fait un petit tour au marché d’Antigua qui est vraiment gigantesque pour une ville de cette taille. Il s’agit d’une petite ville pleine de charme proche d’Antigua où nous nous sommes rendus en ancien bus scolaire américain réformé. Après la visite d’une manufacture artisanale de chocolat où nous avons pu gouter pour la première fois du chocolat 100% naturel et délicieux, nous sommes retournés à Antigua afin de grimper au Cerro de la Cruz où la vue sur la ville d’Antigua est imprenable.

Voilà déjà arrivée l’heure de prendre notre bus pour retourner à Guatemala City pour y passer la nuit avant de prendre notre vol pour se rendre au Costa Rica le lendemain matin.

Following the good advice of our french friends Caroline and Anthony, we decided to go to San Juan Del Obispo after a little tour in the Antigua market which is really huge for a city of this size. San Juan Del Obispo is a charming little town close to Antigua where we traveled with a former reformed American school bus. After visiting an artisanal chocolate factory where we were able to taste for the first time 100% natural and delicious chocolate, we returned to Antigua to climb to the Cerro de la Cruz where the view of the city of Antigua is perfect.

It is now time to take our bus back to Guatemala City to spend the night there before flying to Costa Rica the next morning.
